Bi-Lingual Canadian French / English Technical Customer Service Rep

We are expanding to customers located in Canada, so excellent communication skills in fluent English and French are necessary!

SmartCo Services LLC, an industry-leading parts inventory planning company, seeks a Customer Support Representative for a full-time position in our Taunton office. We are a fast paced technology company who works in conjunction with automotive dealerships to optimize the quantity of active parts that are moving on and off their shelves at any given time. 

** This position is located in our Taunton, MA office. Employees need to report to the office each day. **

Job Responsibilities

  • Establishing communication links with new and existing customers
  • Troubleshooting technical issues as they arise
  • Providing assistance to our Automotive Parts Planners
  • Assisting in activating  new dealership customers
  • Performing various analytical tasks
  • Maintaining exceptional customer relations with all of our customers
  • Promoting and supporting the PartsEye product
  • Analyzing data and comparing inventories

Qualifications

  • Strong math skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Sense of urgency and accountability
  • Must possess analytical and technical knowledge and ability
  • Strong experience working with computers
  • Microsoft Office experience including Outlook
  • Highly-organized
  • Bilingual English/French speaking required
  • Capacity to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent telephone and written communication skills
  • Excellent people skills

Scheduling is flexible, but the position requires 40 hours a week during our business hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST.
